Christian Covenant Academy
About
Christian Covenant Academy was started by Christian parents, grandparents, and educators concerned about the generational effects of Godless indoctrination in public education. It stewards the hearts and souls of children through discipleship and Christ-centered education in a culture contrary to the Christian worldview. The academy offers a replicate-able K-12 school model with affordable, custom-designed curriculum rooted in the Word of God, scalable and sustainable schools, strong leadership, exceptional Biblical worldview curriculum, and superb safety and security practices.

Frequently asked questions
What makes a private Christian school TEFA-accredited?
Accreditation by a TEPSAC-recognized agency, at least two years of operation, and a Texas business location are what qualify a school for the higher TEFA tier. Ask the school directly rather than assuming from its name or reputation.
Can homeschoolers attend a private Christian school part-time?
Some Houston private Christian schools offer part-time, hybrid, or "dual enrollment" options for homeschool families, though this varies a lot by school. Confirm directly, since many are full-time only.
How much can TEFA pay toward private Christian school tuition?
Up to $10,474 a year for an accredited private school, or up to $30,000 for a student with a disability at an accredited school, based on current published amounts. Confirm current figures with the school and the Comptroller's office, since program details can change.
