Review Policy

Reviews are written by parents and family members who've used a program. We label a review "self-reported" unless we've verified the reviewer actually inquired through our site — verified reviews carry no such label.

We moderate new reviews before they publish and do not offer incentives for leaving one. Program leaders can respond publicly to any review on their own listing. Anyone can report a review they believe is false or abusive using the report link on the listing page — we review every report.

We never remove a review just because a program leader dislikes it; we do remove reviews that violate this policy (fabricated, off-topic, or abusive content).
